Fulltime Robotics Showcases Multiple Products at 2026 World of Concrete Asia, Demonstrating Strong International Competitiveness

From August 12 to 14, the 2026 World of Concrete Asia (WOCA) was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As one of the key concurrent events, the 2026 Yangtze River Delta Smart Construction and Construction Robotics Going Global Exchange Conference focused on topics such as trends in construction robotics going global, overseas market access, and project cooperation. During the conference, the China Construction Robotics Going Global Report, to which Fulltime Robotics contributed, made its debut. Fulltime Robotics also showcased several core products at the event, becoming a focal point of attention.


       

Live Dynamic Demonstrations: Products on Display Showcase Hardcore Strength

At the exhibition, Fulltime Robotics displayed its 3.2-meter putty and latex paint spraying robot, concrete floor leveling robot, fourth-generation multifunctional coating construction robot, and made the first public appearance of its concrete floating and troweling robot. The product portfolio covers two core construction scenarios: indoor coating application and concrete floor construction.

Among these, the 3.2-meter putty and latex paint spraying robot and the concrete floor leveling robot performed live dynamic construction demonstrations at the booth, becoming the center of attention. The spraying robot can handle putty and latex paint application at heights up to 3.2 meters, with a daily efficiency of 600 to 800 square meters. The floor leveling robot, utilizing a high-precision laser leveling control system, achieves leveling accuracy within 3 millimeters. The autonomous operation and precise control of these two devices attracted significant interest from numerous domestic and international visitors.


       

The newly unveiled concrete floating and troweling robot also garnered considerable attention. This robot is suitable for construction scenarios requiring high flatness and high-gloss concrete floors, including residential buildings, public works, commercial building basements, as well as factories, airports, and subway projects. After the initial set of the concrete, it can automate processes such as grout lifting, surface finishing, compaction, floating, and troweling. The product features a dual-function floating and troweling capability, allowing for easy end-effector changes based on construction needs. It also offers both ride-on and navigation modes, providing flexiblity for different site conditions, achieving over 95% human-machine collaboration coverage. Equipped with high-precision troweling pans and industry-standard counterweights, it provides greater compaction force, resulting in higher surface density and wear resistance, making it particularly suitable for demanding floor construction.

At the exhibition site, international buyers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other regions showed strong interest in the technical specifications and overseas adaptability of the equipment. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the on-site technical team regarding specific issues such as construction efficiency, applicable scenarios, and overseas certifications.


Contributing to the Going Global Report, Exporting Chinese Solutions

During the conference, the China Construction Robotics Going Global Report was officially released. Compiled under the leadership of CABR Technology Co., Ltd. and the Smart Construction Working Committee of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, the report is positioned as a bilingual (Chinese-English) white paper. Targeting overseas purchasers, developers, contractors, and domestic construction robotics companies, it systematically reviews eight application scenarios for construction robots, detailing application needs, robot types, key specifications, and engineering case studies, starting from the pressures of global construction industry transformation. The report points out that the starting point for going global is not a list of equipment, but demonstrable and acceptable construction processes – Chinese solutions are evolving from single equipment offerings to integrated delivery capabilities combining "products + construction methods + engineering verification + training and maintenance + platforms."

As one of the contributing companies to this report, Fulltime Robotics participated deeply in its creation. The company has achieved batch applications in projects such as Singapore HDB flats, Singapore Pei Li Dao Nursing Home, and Hong Kong Castle Peak Power Plant, accumulating rich experience in overseas project delivery. This provided valuable on-the-ground practical material for the report's compilation.

       

In-depth Trade Matching Meetings, Accelerating Overseas Expansion


During the trade matching meetings organized alongside the conference, Fulltime Robotics held in-depth one-on-one discussions with DUTCO Engineering from the UAE and the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia. Both sides engaged in practical exchanges on application scenarios, project requirements, and cooperation models for construction robots in the Middle East and Southeast Asian markets, laying a foundation for further overseas market expansion.
